Brief Summary

A sample size of 30 were selected within the age group of 18-25 years male and female subjects they were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria divided Randomly into two groups (Group-A) and (Group-B) By using lottery method with 15 players in each group The treatment sessions were to be performed for 6 weeks. An informed consent will be obtained Before The Treatment Start. The research objectives will be explained to the participants in their regional language.
Then the participants are asked to provide the demographic data along with the Dynamic Test of Plantar Pressure Analysis System were used to screen the subjects before and after the three sessions per week performed totally for 6
weeks (Group-A) will be given Dry land plyometric training including Front barrier jump (6 hurdles), Lateral high-knees with hurdles 4-hurdle, Lateral barrier jump Depth jump, Multi direction jumps with hurdles, Intensity and number of contacts with ground.
Group-B) will be given Dry land Pilates training Leg circle, Scissors, Sidekicks, The saw, Spine stretch, Single leg stretch, Heel squeeze, Roll over, Shoulder bridge, Push ups. The pre and post-test will be taken by the Dynamic Test in portable plantar pressure system the pre-test is taken at the staring of the session(1st week) and the post test will be taken at the end of the session (6th week) will find out the effect of Dry land plyometrics versus Dry land Pilates exercises in order to improve the dynamic balance in volleyball player well rule out the result in further study
