Brief Summary   To see the agility of the athletes and the strength and flexibility of their lower limb in sudden change in direction during running. First the participants will be screened as per the inclusion criteria and later directional awareness will be assessed by performing modified T-test should be preferred in branches that require speed, and Illinois test should be preferred in branches that require flexibility.
