Football is a high-intensity intermittent sport that requires optimal core stability, lower limb explosive power, and aerobic fitness for performance and injury prevention. However, collegiate football players may exhibit deficits in these physical components due to variations in training and academic commitments. Plyometric training has been shown to improvement in neuromuscular performance and physical fitness, but evidence regarding its combined effects on core stability, lower limb explosive power, and aerobic fitness among collegiate football players is limited. This pre-post experimental study aims to determine the effect of a 6-week supervised plyometric training programme on core stability, lower limb explosive power, and aerobic fitness among male collegiate football players aged 18–30 years with at least two years of football training and competitive experience. Twenty-seven participants were undergone plyometric training twice weekly for six weeks in addition to their regular football training. Outcome measures such as Plank Test, Vertical Jump Test, and Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test Level 1 were assessed pre and post test to compare the effect. The findings shows that this study provide evidence regarding the effectiveness of plyometric training in enhancing physical performance parameters and contribute to evidence-based conditioning programmes for collegiate football players. Overall the study concluded that plyometrics can be used to improve Core stability Lower limb explosive power and aerobic fitness among male collegiate football players.  It can be used as a effective strategy in training to prevent injury and functional impairment.
