Brief Summary
|
UTILITY OF HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICAL REPERTORY BY ROBIN MURPHY IN THE MANAGEMENT OF CHRONIC TONSILLITIS. Tonsillitis is Inflammation of the tonsils is more common during childhood. Hemolytic streptococcus-Lancefield group A is the most common agent.Tonsillitis is more common in poorer socioeconomic groups, where chances for cross infection are high. Hence to know the effectiveness of medicine selected from homoeopathic medical repertory in the management of Chronic tonsillitis, this study has been undertaken.Classification of grades will be done using Brodsky grading scale.The signs and symptoms intensity will be assessed by Mc Isaac’s
Modified Centor score.Follow up will be done at regular intervals every 2 weeks once or as per the need of the case.Result will be assessed by pre and post treatment using Brodsky grading scale and Mc Isaac’s Modified Centor score.Appearance based on camera positions to be given in assessment criteria. |
