Details  Players who have been playing badminton for at least three years and 3 days a week. 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  Players who had play other games more frequently than badminton.
Players should not have any medical conditions.
Players who had a history of hip, knee, ankle, & back injuries within 6 months before the study.
Players who had undergone any surgeries in the lower limb within 12 months prior to the study.
Players will not be participants in any plyometric training before four weeks prior to the study.

Modification(s)  
In this study the Badminton players will be approached and will be explained about the study. Interested individuals will be included if fulfills inclusion criteria. The participants then will have to undergo training program who will include warm up followed by lower limb Plyometric training. The training includesSide to side ankle hops, Standing jump and reach, Front cone hops, Standing long jump, Lateral jump over barrier, Double leg hops, Lateral cone hops, Diagonal cone hops, Standing long jump with lateral sprint, Single leg bounding, Lateral jump single leg, Cone hops with 180-degree turn, Hexagon drill, Cone hops with change of direction sprint followed by cool down exercises.This will be done for 6 weeks.Before  starting and at the end 20 meter sprint test and Agility T test will be done and pre and post data will be compared and statically analysed.
