Primary Outcome
Outcome  TimePoints
To compare the efficacy of analgesia between Transversus Abdominis Plane Block (TAP) Block and Intraperitoneal mist instillation of Ropivacaine by assessing post-operative pain (static and dynamic) as per Numeric Rating Scale (NRS).  Postoperative pain score (NRS), SBP, DBP, MAP, HR and Oxygen Saturation will be recorded at 0 hours, 2 hours, 6 hours,12 hours and 24 hours after surgery.

Secondary Outcome
Outcome  TimePoints
1. To compare the meantime of the first dose of rescue analgesia in either group & the total supplementary analgesia required.
2. Assessment of early recovery profile & ambulation as per ERAS protocol.
Postoperative pain score will be recorded at 0 hours 2 hours 6 hours 12 hours & 24 hours after surgery & time taken for first dose of rescue analgesia postoperatively

Brief Summary   This is a prospective, hospital based, comparative study to compare the efficacy of analgesia between Transversus Abdominis Plane Block (TAP) Block and Intraperitoneal mist instillation of Ropivacaine by assessing post-operative pain (static and dynamic) as per Numeric Rating Scale (NRS).
The secondary objective is to compare the meantime of the first dose of rescue analgesia in either group and the total supplementary analgesia required. Assessment of early recovery profile and ambulation as per ERAS protocol and to observe adverse effect related to study drug, if any.
