Brief Summary
|
The present study is an observational study of female breast cancer patients who are tested for BRCA 1 and BRCA 2 mutations and their assessment will be done on the basis of their Prakriti and Aartavavaha Srotas (menstrual and obstetric history). The primary objective is to study the association between positive and negative BRCA 1 and BRCA 2 mutated breast cancer patients with their Prakriti and status of Aartavavaha Srotas. The secondary objective will include study of association between Prakriti and various components of mutation analysis like gene (transcript), location, variant, zygosity, etc.
