Intervention  Mindfulness exercise + Plyometric training   After completing the normal procedure, each player will undergo the questionnaire of RSTQ. Then they will be made to relax. Mindfulness Sports Performance Enhancement which consists of a set of group exercise will be performed on the players which will contain week wise protocol. Week 1. Building the base of mindfulness: duration 15–20 min. Activities: Savoring a sweet, diaphragmatic breathing, and breathing-centered meditation; Week 2. Strengthen attention: duration 20–30 min. Activities: Body scan and breathing centered meditation; Week 3. Stretch the limits of the conscious body: duration 30–45 min. Activities: Meditation focused on the body as a whole and yoga postures (mindful yoga); Week 4. Embrace what is calm: duration 30–45 min. Activities: Mindful yoga and walking meditation; Week 5. Conscious sports practice: duration 20–40 min. Activities: This week, the participant was asked to use, during their sports practice, what they learned during weeks 1 to 4, paying particular attention to their alertness, breathing, and relaxation; Week 6. End and beginning: duration 30–45 min. Activities: All of the above activities Along with that week wise, after activity of mindfulness training of each week, plyometric training session will be provided to the players. This will consists of :Hurdling: This plyometric exercise uses a 40 cm height total of 8 cones placed in a straight line, 1 m apart, for hurdling while jumping over the cones. The participants will use both legs to jump over the consecutive cones. For the first two weeks, the participants will hurdle over eight cones and performed two sets. And for the next six weeks, they will perform three sets. The participants were allowed a rest period of 2–3 min after every set. Drop jumping: This plyometric exercise will involve the participants to drop from a height of 40 cm stepper and then jump forward immediately with maximum effort. For the first two weeks, the participants will drop jumps in two sets of ten repetitions; for the next four weeks, they will do three sets. The participants will be allowed a rest period of 2–3 min after every set
Comparator Agent  Plyometric training   After completing the normal procedure, each player will undergo a 15 min standardized warm up exercises which will include 8-10 mins of running, jogging with normal stretching exercises for 5-6 mins. Then basic isometric exercises of knee will be asked to the players to perform 10 repetitions/3 sets. After that, Plyometric training session will start which will consists of : Hurdling: This plyometric exercise uses a 40 cm height total of 8 cones placed in a straight line, 1 m apart, for hurdling while jumping over the cones. The participants will use both legs to jump over the consecutive cones. For the first two weeks, the participants will hurdle over eight cones and performed two sets. Brief Summary

This research proposal will investigate the effects of combining mindfulness practices with plyometric training on reducing anxiety levels and enhance fitness training among recreational football players.

This study will add much valuable insights into the benefits of reduction in anxiety levels and adding fitness training and will enhance more knowledge regarding the effect of mindfulness exercise along with the plyometric training which will help players in rehabilitation.
