Patients Undergoing major hepatopancreatic biliary surgeries will be given either atracurium for neuromuscular blockade followed by reversal with neostigmine Or rocuronium followed by reversal with sugammadex and time taken to recovery of blockade and heamodynamics will be noted at the end of surgery |
