Brief Summary
|
A randomized clinical trial will be conducted in older adults experiencing restricted chest wall mobility and Pulmonary function. Participants will be randomly assigned to the intervention group (receiving serratus posterior MET) and a control group (receiving breathing exercise ). Chest expansions will be assessed using measuring tape and Pulmonary function tests before and after the intervention. |
