2Comparator Arm (Non Ayurveda)-Metrogel -p ointmentWound cleaned by normal saline and Metrogyl-P ointment is applied over wound.

Details  1.Patient who agree to participate in the trial
2.Patient With all type of dushta vrana with maximum history of more than 2 weeks and less than one month
3.Patients with clinical characteristics of agantuja vrana and nija such as edema, discomfort, burning sensation, pus discharge, and bad smell will be chosen for further study
4.Wound size above 5×5 cm will be selected  
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  1.The patient who has underlying bony lesions
2.Patients with Malignant Ulcer.
3.Tuberculous Ulcer.
4.Lepromatous Ulcer.
5.HIV, HbSAg positive patients.
6.Bleeding disorders.
7.Gangrenous wound.
8.Diabetic Wound will not be selected.
9.Animal Bite Injuries.
10.Delicate organs injuries.

Brief Summary   A Randomized comparative clinical trial Will be conducted to study the effectiveness of shushvipatra lepa with Madhu in the management of dushta vrana with special reference to the Infected Wound. 
 
The trial will be conducted in our institute and its periphery. Total 70 patients diagnosed with dushta vrana will be selected and then will be divided in two groups.

 One group will be advised for Shushvipatra lepa with Madhu and other will be advised for metrogel-p ointment application

The study will be done in 45 days. The result will be compared in two groups. Data analysis will be done by using appropriate statistical test. Primary outcomes will be to study the effectiveness of shushvipatra lepa with Madhu in the management of dushta vrana with special reference of Infected Wound
