Method of stimulation: Apply pressure with the help of thumb at the site of Talhridaya Marma on left
hand palm.Blood pressure measurement -Three consecutive reading will be taken each time in the left arm in sitting
position and then the mean blood pressure will calculate.)

Brief Summary
|
Marma therapy is a profound technique that involves the stimulation of specific points in body to promote healing, balanceenergies and enhance over all well-being. According to various research articles it is proposed that hypertension is to be understood as the Prasara Avastha which means spread of vitiated Doshas from theirspecific sites, specifically of Vyana Vata, Prana Vata, Sadhaka Pitta and Avalambaka Kapha along with Rakta in their disturbed states. NULL HYPOTHESIS (H0)– Marma therapy (stimulation of Talhhridaya Marma) will not be effectiveon Prehypertension. Stimulation time- 0.8 sec/stimuli 15 to 18 times in every sitting. Time- 2 times per day for 30 days Position of patient: sitting position Site of stimulation: Mid of palm Method of stimulation: Apply pressure with the help of thumb at the site of Talhridaya Marma on left hand palm.
