Brief Summary

The final year of college is a particularly stressful period for students, due to increased concerns about their future, career prospects, and academic pressure. Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation practice, has been studied for its potential psychological benefits. This study aims to evaluate the effects of Yoga Nidra on emotional intelligence, self-confidence, and self-esteem in final year UG college students. A sample of 60 participants will be randomly divided into an experimental group, receiving a 12-week Yoga Nidra intervention, and a control group with no intervention. The dependent variables, emotional intelligence, self-confidence, and self-esteem, will be measured pre- and post-intervention using standardized scales. Apart from the use of standardized questionnaire, patient reported outcomes  will be assessed by a self-developed questionnaire. The data collected will be statistically analyzed to assess the impact of Yoga Nidra on the participants.
