Brief Summary
|

MSRT directed 30 mins, 5 days for 2 weeks. The primary outcome of the study will be fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose. The secondary outcome of the study is depression, anxiety, and stress scale (DASS-21). Both primary and secondary outcomes will be assessed before and after the intervention of MSRT session. |
