Brief Summary

This cross -sectional study examines the relationship between ergonomic practices and work ability in housewives, who often experience musculoskeletal disorders due to prolonged household tasks. It aims to assess their work ability, evaluate ergonomic practices, and determine if proper ergonomics improve productivity and reduce health risks. Conducted as a cross-sectional study with 119 participants, it uses tools like the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ), Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), and Work Ability Index (WAI) to measure pain, posture, and work capacity. The findings are expected to help develop interventions that enhance housewives’ physical well-being and efficiency.
