Intervention  COMBINATION OF LOWER EXTREMITY PLYOMETRICS AND CORE STABILITY EXERCISES   After the selection of participants using inclusion and exclusion criteria the subjects are grouped randomly allocated into group A (n=17) and group B (n=17).The subjects will be conducted a pre assessment on dynamic balance with Y balance test. Group A athletes will be given lower extremity plyometric exercises. Group B athletes will be given combination of lower extremity plyometrics and core stability exercises for 6 weeks duration The 6 weeks of exercises done for 45 mins , 3 times a week. After completing 6 weeks of program at the end of 6th week both the groups are again retested for post assessment with Y balance test. The pre test and the post test will be compared. Then after 2 weeks, at the end of 8th week subjects will be assessed again to check for the effects of deconditioning. The total duration of the study is 8 weeks

Brief Summary
The subjects were chosen based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria.
Informed consent form will be obtained from their parents and proper instructions
about the procedure will be given to them.
Prepare forms and record on basic information such as age, height, weight, gender,
etc.,
Then the subjects are grouped randomly allocated into group A (n=17) and group B
(n=17).The subjects will be conducted a pre assessment on dynamic balance with Y
balance test.
Group A athletes will be given lower extremity plyometric exercises.
Group B athletes will be given combination of lower extremity plyometrics and core
stability exercises for 6 weeks duration
The 6 weeks of exercises done for 45 mins , 3 times a week.
After completing 6 weeks of program at the end of 6th week both the groups are again
retested for post assessment with Y balance test.
The pre test and the post test will be compared.
Then after 2 weeks, at the end of 8th week subjects will be assessed again to check
for the effects of deconditioning.

Y Balance test:
Calculation: The score is calculated by taking the sum of 3 reach directions divided by 3
times the limb length then multiplied by 100.
Procedure: The starting position is standing on one leg at the stance plate with the toes
of the foot at the red line, and the other leg touching down lightly just behind the plate.
The non-stance foot is reached out in the desired direction, pushing the reach indicator as
far as they can while maintaining balance. The free foot must be returned to the starting
position under control. The subject may not touch down the free leg during the movement
to keep balance, or put their foot on top of the reach indicator to gain support, and cannot
kick out the indicator.
