Brief Summary   Investigating the effects of Text Neck Syndrome on static scapula position, quality of sleep, and hand-eye coordination among college students is essential for understanding the multifaceted impact of modern technology on their health and performance. The findings can guide the development of targeted interventions and educational strategies to promote a healthier lifestyle and prevent potential long-term consequences. Aim of the study is to study the impact of text neck syndrome on static scapula position, hand eye coordination and quality of sleep among college students. Sample size- 214. Outcome measures are Text neck syndrome- symptomatically, static scapula position by lateral scapula slide test, hand eye coordination by alternate hand wall toss test and quality of sleep by Pittsburgh sleep quality index. Students will be recruited from college of Delhi NCR.
