Brief Summary
Modification(s)
The need of the study arises as the basketball players need coordination to aim and throw at the baskets, to score points, balance is needed to dribble the ball along with running around the court and avoid chances of falling. Agility is required as the basketball players need to change direction frequently while running around the court, this sudden change in direction might lead to injuries, hence agility training is required to prevent injuries.
This study consists of an exercise protocol which consists of coordination, balance and agility exercises.
