Intervention  Group 1: Patients who watch preoperative informational video along with doubt clearing session with an anaesthesiologist, who isn’t part of the research.     Before getting the pre anestheic checkup done, Patients will be made to watch pre operative informational video and assessing their anxiety levels by score just before surgery and also assessing their vitals pre intra and post operatively  
Comparator Agent  Group 2: Patients who receive routine preoperative care without the additional video.  during pre anesthetic checkup patients wont be made to watch any informational video along with regular pre anesthetic assessment and anxiety assessment levels will be checked before surgery who are in this control group, pre intra and post vitals are also noted

Details  1.Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status (ASA PS) I and II scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia.
2.Adults aged 18 to 65 years.
3.Patients who provide informed consent to participate in the study.
 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  1.Patients with a history of severe psychiatric illness, uncooperative patients.
2.Patients with significantly impaired eyesight or hearing
3.Patients unable to provide informed consent, patient refusal
4.Patients with expected surgical duration of more than 4 hours.
