Brief Summary
|
A prospective, analytical observational study will be conducted in 25 patients at Rajarajeswari Medical College and Hospital. Thoracoscopic procedures are generally done under general anesthesia but carries risk of ventilator dependency in patients with severe respiratory diseases. This study avoids general anesthesia and determines the efficacy of combined Thoracic Segmental Spinal Anaesthesia and Erector Spinae Plane Block in such patients. |
