The control group was given the conventional treatment protocol for total 4 weeks that does not vary for any individual. |

Life Kinetik Training |
This treatment protocol is designed specially for the college level football players. The protocol is of total 4 weeks with 12 sessions in all and 3 sessions per week. The protocol differs as it was designed with specific progression as for the intercollegiate football players. |
