Homoeopathic constitutional medicines |
The remedy will be selected according to the principles and practices of homoeopathy, and given on the basis of constitutional totality.
1 dose of constitutional medicine is dispensed in saccharum lactis, potency is selected according to susceptibility of the patient, patient is advised to take medicine orally. Duration of such treatment is 4weeks. |

1. Patients taking allopathic and other treatments for infertility
2. patients under immunosuppressive medications
3. Patients with azoospermia and aspermia
4. Patients with genetic defects like Klinefelter’s syndrome and congenital abnormalities
5. Patients with diseases like accessory sex gland infection, and sexually transmitted diseases
6. Patients with obstructive oligospermia
7. Cases of retrograde ejaculation |

Each case will be reviewed in 4 weeks’ time and followed for a period of 6 months.

Brief Summary
|
It is a Quasi experimental study to understand the effectiveness of Homoeopathic constitutional medicines in increasing sperm count in patients with oligospermia At least two semen samples obtained more than two weeks apart will be examined to confirm the diagnosis of oligospermia Each case will be reviewed in 4 weeks’ time and followed for a period of 6 months. To assess the progression of treatment, semen analysis will be repeated every 10 weeks.
