Brief Summary   Patients requiring IV Cannulation before surgery under anaesthesia satisfying the inclusion criteria will be included.NBM status,PAC,and consent will be checked and routine monitors will be attached. Following the ethyl chloride spray venepuncture will be done on the forearm using 25 gauge cannula. Patients in first group will receive one spray of ethyl chloride for 5 seconds perpendicular to the skin from a distance of 5cm.and patients of second group will receive spray of ethyl chloride twice each over 5 seconds perpendicular to the skin. All patients will report the procedure related pain following VAS score.Pain analysis will be done immediately,at 3 Minutes and at 5 minutes
