Intervention / Comparator Agent
Type  Name  Details
Comparator Agent  Short Foot Exercise  Short Foot Exercise training program - consists of bringing in the metatarsal heads toward the calcaneus without bending the toes to raise the MLA. Repetition: 15 Repetition for 3 sets Frequency: 4 days/week Duration: 6 weeks Progression- Week 1 and 2- sitting position Week 3 and 4- Double leg stance Week 5 and 6- Single leg stance
Intervention  Tibialis posterior muscle strengthening  TP strengthening will be performed in a close-packed position. A Thera-band will be wrapped around the medial side of the forefoot (from the navicular to the head of the first metatarsal) at a 45° angle to the floor. Stretching the Thera- band to 170% of its resting length will be used to estimate training resistance. Participants will be instructed to adduct their foot in the available range from an abducted foot posture against the resistance of the Thera-band and gradually return to the beginning position.Patient Position- Sitting Repetition: 10 Repetition for 3-4 sets Frequency: 4 days/week Duration: 6 weeks Intensity: Week 1 – Green Thera-band Week 2- Green Thera-band Week 3- Blue Thera-band Week 4- Blue Thera-band Week 5- Black Thera-band Week 6- Black Thera-band
