Intervention  Exercise protocol will be divided in 8 sub categories:- 1. Bridging 2. Lifting toes and ankle 3. Sitting and Standing 4. Stretching out arms while standing 5. Activities of daily living  The telerehabilitation sessions will be conducted on the 7th, 15th, 30th day of discharge in one month and than every once in a month foe next 2 months through the use of google meet.

Brief Summary   Title: "To evaluate the effect of exercise based telerehabilitation in patients with acute stroke"

Method/Design: This study investigating the effect of 5 sessions of supervised exercise based telerehabilitation on 20 patients with acute stroke. The main inclusion criteria are patients with age above 18 years, both males and females will be included, patients mRS score will be 1-4 and NIHSS score will be 2-20 and patients with acute stroke who admitted in neurology department will be included. The primary outcome measures are: The Barthel Index, Stroke Rehabilitation Assessment of Movement, Modified Rankin Scale, and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale. Participants will take part in 5 supervised exercise based telerehabilitation sessions post hospital discharge. 

Discussion: This study will explore the effect of exercise based telerehabilitation in patients with acute stroke. The results will contribute to a better understanding of exercise based telerehabilitation that will improve the quality of rehabilitation. in acute stroke patients.
The study results design a better rehabilitation program for patients with acute stroke.
