Brief Summary
|
Our institution currently has a mentoring program in place but there is no periodic evaluation done Thus its possible that the mentees are not getting the right kind of mentoring which can affect their professional & personal growth Whereas for mentors there is no prior training done at our institute so they guide according to their experience and perceptions This can again affect the mentees Overall this can affect the mentor-mentee relationship as well as the mentorship program at the institutional level Hence we intend to assess the overall benefits & challenges of the mentorship program for both the mentors and mentees |
