Intervention  ZINGIBER OFFICINALIS 6C  Zingiber Officinalis 6C will be administered to the patients suffering from pre-diabetes. One Dose per week will be given through medicated globules orally. Patient will be asked for regular follow up every two weeks once. The research will be done for the period for 6 Months. Pre and Post fasting blood sugar, Body Mass Index and hba1c levels will be seen.

Brief Summary  

Prediabetes is a condition defined as having blood glucose levels above normal but below the defined threshold of diabetes. It is considered to be an at risk state, with high chances of developing diabetes. An attempt is taken in this study to understand the effect of Zingiber Officinalis 6c as a treatment remedy for pre diabetes, as relevant studies are not carried out in the higher potency of Zingiber Officinalis. Screening for pre diabetes will be done and cases will be collected from OPD, IPD and rural centers of Sarada Krishna homoeopathic medical college and hospital. With Proper case taking and physical examination around 30 cases of pre diabetes patients having symptoms of zingiber officinalis will be taken for study. Followed by administration of Zingiber officinalis 6c 4 pills once daily, according to the improvement of patient. Post assessment using HbA1c, BMI and FBS will be done.
