Brief Summary   The study aims to assess the impact of online food delivery (OFD) apps on the food choices, dietary patterns and nutritional status of young adults (20-30 yrs).
The objectives of the study are: 
-To determine the frequency and types of food ordered through OFD apps among young adults.

-To assess the dietary habits and calorie density of foods ordered using OFD.

-To analyse food choices and food consumed by sample using a food frequency questionnaire.

-To analyse OFD app on other lifestyle parameters.
