1. Patients presenting with Major Organic Disorders and Psychotic Disorders
2. Patients below 16 years of age and above 60 years
3. Patients suffering from any other serious illness
4. Alcoholic, and self-harm or suicide risk.
5. Diagnosed with psychosis, schizophrenia, or bipolar illness currently or in the past.
6. Treatment with sertraline for two or more weeks within the previous three months.
7. Pregnant and lactating mothers.

Brief Summary   anxiety is normal and common process of stress.it is beneficial at time and harmful of health at time. on the beneficial side, anxiety alerts certain dangers and dangerous situation. which we might tentatively confront and helps us to prepare and pay attention to it.
anxiety disorders  are the most common of mental disorders .they affect approximately 30% of adults at some part of their lives. these disorders are harmful for our heath . they differ from normal feelings of anxiousness and nervous ness . they involve excessive fear and anxiety . at the same time ,these disorders can be treated as there are many treatment options to deal with them .women are likely  to experience these disorders more than man
