Brief Summary
|
The dynamic nature of football superior neuro muscular adaptation for rapid changes in direction and explosive power generation.Traditional training programs may not adequately address these demands. Agility drills and circuit training offer a targeted approach, enhancing a players ability to recruit and coordinate muscle fibre for efficient maneuvers. This translates to improved loco motor control, explosive force production, and overall work capacity during 8 competition. By incorporating these methods, footballers can optimize their physiological capabilities, leading to enhanced performance on the field. The purpose of the study is to compare effectiveness of agility training and circut training in foot ball players to improve performance. Circuit training is a type of training that work on body conditioning by developing strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination all in one workout.circuit training is one of the training methods which are given numbers of exercise arranged in a given area it is based on sound anatomical, kinesiology and physiological principle designed to improve strength, speed, power, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance also.Circuit training is very effective and popular organized form of doing physical exercise. Circuit training is type of interval training in which strength exercise are compared with endurance/aerobic exercise, combing the benefits of both a cardiovascular and strength training. |
