1. Individuals using laptop or mobile phone for more than 2 hours were included
in the study.
2. All Genders
3. Health workers from various professions such as doctors, nurses,
physiotherapist and dentist etc.
4. Include both experience health workers and who are relatively new to their

This study found a significant
moderate correlation between FHP and dynamic balance in healthcare workers.
Individuals with more neutral head posture showed better balance, while those
with pronounced FHP had reduced stability. These findings highlight the
importance of assessing and correcting FHP to improve postural control. |
