Brief Summary
|
The purpose of this study is to look at the risk factors and prevalence of Upper Cross Syndrome (UCS) among Noida office workers. Through a survey of a wide range of workers, the study aims to ascertain the prevalence of UCS in this demographic and pinpoint important risk factors including extended sitting, bad posture, and a dearth of ergonomic furniture. The study will also look at the degree of symptoms, how they affect productivity at work, and how lifestyle decisions relate to the development of UCS. The results will be useful in developing efficient preventative strategies to reduce risk and enhance general workplace health. |
