Brief Summary
|
Migraine affects 15% to 29% of the global population and is a major disability cause, particularly in women. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Homeopathic Medical Repertory (3rd Revised Edition) by Dr. Robin Murphy in reducing migraine intensity and duration. It aims to highlight the potential benefits of homeopathic treatments for migraine management. This study is a quantitative, prospective, single-arm trial involving 30 cases over 12 months, using individualized homeopathic remedies based on Hahnemannian guidelines and following up every 7 to 15 days. |
