This Randomized Control study focuses on The Immediate effects of Nadanusandhana on neural activity of undergraduate students. The study will consist of two groups: an intervention group that will participate in Nadanusandhana meditation for 25 minutes, and a control group that will remain inactive during the same time frame. Baseline assessment will be done before intervention and post data will be collected after the intervention .we will use Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy to measure neural activity and capture changes in brain haemodynamic patterns. The primary objective is to assess whether the intervention leads to significant alterations in neural activity, such as increased alpha or theta wave activity, which are often linked to relaxation and enhanced cognitive function. By analyzing the data from both groups, we hope to determine the immediate effects of Nadanusandhana on cognitive functioning, such as attention, memory, and emotional regulation. This research could contribute to understanding the role of traditional practices in enhancing mental well-being and cognitive performance in educational settings. |
