Details  The patient aged 18–60 years of either gender, ASA grade 1 & 2, have adequate language skills for the counselling and can provide informed consent in patients undergoing first-time elective spine surgery under general anaesthesia will be included in this study 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  1. The patient is not willing to participate in this study.
2. Patients undergoing major surgeries require post-operative intensive care.
3. Patients with cognitive impairments.
4. history of other comorbidities, such as cardiac, lung, liver, or kidney disease.
5. Patients on Anti-anxiety Medication.
