Brief Summary
Modification(s)

In my upcoming study, I have evaluated the current levels of health components of fitness among participants to understand their overall fitness status. Upon receiving informed consent, I had conduct a series of assessments focusing on flexibility, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, strength, and body mass index (BMI).

The evaluation consisted of various tests tailored to each fitness component. To assess cardiovascular endurance, I had utilize the Queens step test. For flexibility, the modified sit and reach test was employed. Muscular endurance were evaluated through push-ups and sit-ups, while hand dynamometers was used to measure muscular strength. Additionally, I also measured each participant’s height and weight using standard height scales and weight machines, respectively.

Once all physical assessments were completed, participants filled a questionnaire designed to gather further insights into their fitness levels. This process took approximately three minutes.

The results from these tests provided a comprehensive understanding of each student’s health status related to fitness components. For some student’s there were fitness level which fell below expected standards, Therefore, I had focused on providing positive motivation and support. My goal was to encourage participants to improve their fitness levels and reassure them that progress is achievable with commitment and effort. By fostering a supportive environment, I hoped to inspire students to take active steps toward enhancing their overall health and wellness
