Comparator Agent  Control Group  In the control group, the participants will not be provided with the interventional plan (Kinetic Chain Training) and they will be allowed to continue with their type of training or no training if the participant does not train. 
Intervention  Kinetic Chain Training  Consists of 6 different exercises (Dead bugs, Plank with rotation, Side Plank with rotation, Pall of press, Chop and lift, and Landmine rotation). The intervention is for 4 weeks long, with 3 sessions each week – a total of 12 supervised sessions. Each session will be individualized based on the participants training status and will be about 30 – 40 minutes long. Initially, exercises will be performed for 1-2 sets and then increased to 3-4 sets during the final two weeks. Each set consists of 8-10 repetitions. The progression will be based on the individual’s rate of perceived exertion (RPE) during individual sessions.

Details  History of musculoskeletal injuries in the past 6 months.

Brief Summary   Studies have shown improvement in muscle recruitment patterns when incorporating the kinetic chain. However, there has been no intervention to understand the effect of kinetic chain training on movement quality, power, range of motion, and myofascial stiffness. 

It is a pragmatic randomized controlled trial with a duration of 6 months. Healthy participants are selected under certain and after getting their consent study will be conducted. Participants in the intervention group will come for a total of 12 supervised sessions in a span of 4 weeks. The control group will continue with their own training or no training if they don’t train. 

Pre and post-intervention data is collected for movement quality, power, rotational range of motion, and myofascial stiffness.
