Response - NO
Brief Summary   The selected patients will either receive 30 ml of 0.2% ropivacaine with 2 ml of normal saline or 30 ml of 0.2% ropivacaine with 2 ml (8 mg) dexamethasone after completion of knee surgeries under spinal anaesthesia.
Pain will be assessed at different time intervals using VAS score and rescue analgesics will be given accordingly.
