Control Group with Nutritional Guidance |
Participants in this group will receive a diet plan created to meet their individual dietary needs based on factors such as age, weight, activity level, and any specific health conditions.
The diet will ensure that participants meet their daily macronutrient (carbohydrates, fats, proteins) and micronutrient (vitamins, minerals) requirements.

The diet plan will emphasize a balanced intake of all food groups, including grains, fruits, vegetables, proteins, and dairy or dairy alternatives, without restrictions on gluten or casein.
They will not follow any special dietary restrictions (e.g., avoiding gluten or casein) unless medically required for reasons unrelated to the study.
Advised diet has to be taken by the patient daily for 1 year. |
