Adult patients (≥18 years) who have been discharged from the ICU after a stay of at least 48 hours. |

Patients with pre-existing severe disabilities, patients who refuse to participate and patients who expire in ICU, hospital or before 3 months of ICU discharge. |

Primary purpose of this study is to assess the severe of disability at 3 months post ICU discharge as the fraility was observed high post icu discharge which affects the daily activity and functional outcomes of the patient, but no roboust study is conducted in india to support these findings and post icu discharge fraility acessment can help in planning inhospital interventions to reduce fraility |
