Mobile Application Featuring Trimester-specific Pelvic Exercise Demonstration Videos Done By Certified Yoga Practitioner.
End User: Pregnant Women. Support Provider: Obstetrician
Resource Provided Through The App: 16 Videos -demonstrating The Steps Of Exercise, Breathing Patterns, Frequency Of Exercises, Benefits Of Exercises For Both Normal Vaginal Delivery, and patients are advised to do these exercises regularly on daily basis or 5 days a week till delivery.
Target: Promoting Normal Vaginal Delivery In Primi Gravida Patients With No Obstetric And Medical Contraindication To Vaginal Delivery, There In Evaluating The Impact Of The Pelvic Exercises On Normal Vaginal Delivery With The Ultimate Aim Of Improving Maternal And Neonatal Health While Minimizing The Requirement For Operative Interventions. |

Antenatal women aged 18-35 years.
• Primi gravida
•Singleton pregnancy.
•No contraindications for vaginal delivery.
•Willingness to participate in the study and adhere to the assigned intervention. |

•History of previous cesarean section or other pelvic floor surgeries.
•Known fetal anomalies or medical conditions complicating pregnancy.
•H/O any surgeries/ trauma to pelvis, cervix, limb, chest, lung, abdomen
•Short stature
•Autoimmune disorder.
Malpresentation
•Multiple pregnancy
•Cervical incompetence
•Bad obstetric history
•Psychiatric disorder |
