• Patients with type 2 diabetes who have diabetic sensorimotor polyneuropathy (DSPN) with a BMI between 25 and 40 kg/m2
• Medication for diabetes and other comorbidities must be consistent for at least three months.
• History of foot ulcer / gangrene
• People above the age of 35 who have Type II Diabetic Neuropathy.
• Participants, who are the residents of the area who visit both off-campus clinical posts and the on-campus outpatient physical therapy clinic (OPD).
