Modification(s)
SMWAM is based on mulligans MWM concept of treating and correcting positional faults and is compared with Maitlands concept of grading manual therapy where subjects will be randomised into 2 groups.
Pre to post interventional study will be judged upon various outcome measures.
Where significance of technique will be based on achieved P value
