Strengthening exercises with resistance bands will be done including squats, forward lunges. Carried out for total duration of 8 weeks. |

Brief Summary
|
Volleyball is an international sport which is also included in the Olympic games. Indian Team should be well prepared to present itself in such esteemed games and win. Speed, Agility are most vital components in the game of volleyball. So to find out methods to improve these components and remove unneccesary training which does not contribute in the game, this study is being conducted. |
