Intervention  Dynamic stretching  Exercise Procedure Sessions/ Sets/ Repetitions Dynamic stretching By standing straight and engaging the hip flexors while extending the knee, participants performed four sets of dynamic stretches on each leg, swinging the leg up to the Consists of 3 sessions per week for 4 weeks. DS is done in ten Thirty seconds sets (2 seconds stretch × fifteen repetitions), with a anterior side of the body. A single execution of this process took place every 2 seconds. The stretching exercises are timed with the aid of a stop watch. Five leisurely stretching sessions were followed by ten fast stretches that were executed as forcefully as possible without bouncing. The left leg is stretched first, and then the right leg is stretched after a twentysecond break. Each participant completed five slow repeats of the stretching exercise to gain accuracy in the motion, and then ten fast and forceful repetitions without bouncing twenty seconds rest interval in between each set to allow the subject to recover to their initial standing position.
