Brief Summary

The aim of the study is to compare the knee muscle strengthening method for enhancing the Explosive Power of legs in Football Players.

Football players from different clubs will be recruited for eccentric training of knee muscles. 20 players each will be recruited in the two interventional groups. Baseline assessment will be taken and the interventional protocol for 4 weeks will be administered after which a reassessment of outcomes will be done. The outcomes from baseline assessment and reassessment will be compared to check and compare the effectiveness of the two interventions on the explosive power of lower limb in football players.
