Primary Outcome
Outcome  TimePoints
To compare the haemodynamic response (Pulse, SBP, DBP, MAP) to
laryngoscopy and endotracheal intubation using McCoy laryngoscope
and CMAC videolaryngoscope in normotensive patients undergoing
general endotracheal anesthesia.
To compare the haemodynamic response (Pulse, SBP, DBP, MAP) to
laryngoscopy and endotracheal intubation using McCoy laryngoscope
and CMAC videolaryngoscope at baseline, 5 mins after injection fentanyl 2mcg/kg, 3.5mins after administration inj vecuronium, immediately after laryngoscopy, at 1min, 3 min ,5min, 10min, 15min and 20min after intubation

Secondary Outcome
Outcome  TimePoints

Brief Summary   We propose to observe and compare haemodynamic response in
surgeries under general endotracheal anesthesia (GETA) using McCoy
laryngoscope and CMAC videolaryngoscope.Patients posted for elective surgery under GETA where McCoy or CMAC videolaryngoscope is used will be included in the study. Haemodynamic parameters (Pulse, Blood pressure,  SpO2, , ECG changes) will be studied during and after the intubation. Absolute difference between the values of vital parameters at different intervals from baseline will be calculated and then percentage change compared to baseline value will be calculated. This percentage change between the two groups will be analyzed using Unpaired T test.
