Brief Summary
|
Shooting demands high degree of concentration, shoulder strength and good postural balance for successful shooting performance .There have been many studies conducted previously on shooting which show improvement in performance after shoulder abductor strengthening and good postural balance .Despite being popular sport, the research area of shooting is not much explored. Lot of articles have been published regarding postural tremor and psychological factors in shooting, but a smaller number of articles are found regarding physical training for shooters. |
