Brief Summary

This study investigates the impact of ergonomic recommendations on the performance, safety, and well-being of workers in hostel mess environments. It assesses factors like physical stress, quality of life, work performance, job satisfaction, and work-life balance. The results are expected to show a significant reduction in physical stress, improved quality of life, and work performance, and increased job satisfaction and work-life balance. The findings will inform the development of ergonomic recommendations to improve safety, performance, and overall well-being in hostel mess kitchens. This study examines the impact of ergonomic recommendations on the performance, safety, and well-being of hostel mess chefs, focusing on physical stress, job satisfaction, and work-life balance. It is used to assess factors like physical stress, quality of life, work performance, job satisfaction, and work-life balance before and after ergonomic recommendations in kitchen staff from hostel mess facilities. The study predicts that ergonomic recommendations will significantly reduce physical stress among workers, improve work performance, and increase job satisfaction and work-life balance in hostel mess environments. This study aims to understand the impact of ergonomic advice on physical and psychosocial problems among workers in hostel mess settings, thereby developing tailored ergonomic recommendations to reduce musculoskeletal issues and improve working conditions.
