Brief Summary  

This interventional study aims to assess the effectiveness of yogic breathing, particularly on pain and stress. The method is simple to understand, low-cost, and affordable, making it accessible to anyone, anywhere, and at any time. The study will use simple yogic breathing exercises, giving intervention for a 6-week protocol to observe the improvement in the quality of life of old age individuals who are suffering from stress and pain.
